I hit the export to SD card, turned the 3DS off, took the SD card out and put it in my little brother's laptop.
From there I opened the file in msPaint and then saved it as a .png
PNG is a lossless format that preserves quality.
FA allows it to be uploaded, unlike .bmp that Inchworm Animation exports it as.
