jeanne dark, aka diamond dark. has a star chart on her right arm, seven diamonds [other three on the backside] on the left arm, used for various rituals, blessings, and curses. her hair's in dreads.

captain thelonius dark, aka devil dark. well versed in voodoo and hoodoo. since he walks very softly, his crew pretty much pleaded that he wear something to let them know he was around-- hence the chain skirt. most of right ear was lost in a fight. his hair's pretty much in dreads, but it just looks nappy. yes, the shading means that jenet copied her hair fading from her pere.

both're white rats, and not alive [despite my constantly using present tense]. i realized i didn't draw tails when uploading. seriously, devil's tail is in his coat. diamond's probably sitting on hers since i tried to draw it and proceeded to mess up the pic.
