i don't think so... a mullet is all connect and long in the back. rat tail is just long at the base. it's a completely different hairstyle. I think it's silly to call it a mullet. it's a very tribal style of hair. I used to wear my hair like this and i kind of take offense to it being called a mullet. specially being native American.
I am a total sucker for satyr style animal/human hybrids. He looks amazing! I love the strong, energetic pose, it really goes well with the lightening... if that makes any sense. I might just be rambling but I think you have a knack for showing off the most interesting elements of a character.
