when she wears it, watch for signs of overheating. Hairless rats actually have a faster metabolism to keep themselves warm despite lack of fur, so I dont know how easily they'd overheat.
But even if she is plenty warm enough, the sweater will protect her from scratches and stuff!

and if she is having a down day (or if your house gets colder because of too much airconditioning/it's winter) adding one or two pieces of dog or cat kibble a week can give a great protien boost that furred rats dont require so much. Obviously not much of an added boost is needed, just enough to stoke the bodyheat up a notch.
