Sorry, I must be being durpy or something... how do you glue the eyes onto the blanks when there's no spot for the eyes to be glued on? I thought you attach the see-through material behind the eye hole areas, then glue the eyes on, since the blanks don't have a spot naturally attached on the outer edges of the eyes. Does the apoxie sculpt eyelids hold the eyes in place?? (I'm now looking at http://www.monoyasha.com/heads/resin%20blank.png for reference; the first blank I ever used had the eyes already attached to the resin blank w/ resin behind the eyes themselves).
Thanks .-.

Hot glue works just fine for holding the eyes in place; you don't need to use epoxy, which is a 2-part industrial glue.
Basically, hold the eyes up to the eyeholes; you got 4cm eyes so they should fit perfectly in there. While holding them into the spot they're going to be, hot glue around the edges and let it cure, which will now keep them suspended in place and then you can add your eyelids around that, solidifying the whole thing because apoxie dries rock hard and permanent. If you want to go another route, you can glue foamies on the inside and glue the eye to that for support then add the apoxy eyelids (or whatever other material you're gonna use for eyelids) on. Either way will work just fine but that's how we do it. (the hot glue method)
