Indeed - it is a Farmall F-20, kerosene version (small gasoline tank at the back of the main one - starts on gasoline, switched to kerosene once the manifold is warm enough). On rubber... if it's an original rubber-tire tractor, that'd put it at early '30s, at the oldest.
After reviewing the image, What you have there is a Farmall F-30 Distillate Based on the pic showing a platform and the air intake on the right side under the hood it would be a 1939 model. New it was rated as a 3 plow tractor 33-35 belt HP and 28-30 at the drawbar, It would also make it one the last F model's built by IH. Mid 1939 the F-30 was replaced by the Farmall M.
