The internet is wonderful, right? Just voice your opinion on a topic anywhere. Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. and see what kind of feed back you get! LOL! 8D

Sounds like one of my assistant managers.. ANY time I have a differing opinion, he gets upset and continuously tries to tell his opinion, like his is the only one that matters. My boss told me to tell him to knock it off and get back to work next time he does it. -_- Easier said than done.
This is too true. :|
I mean, it's okay to not like something, it's not fatal. Just shrug and move on.
But alot of people on the internet seem to think that anything they don't like should be shunned, the person beat down into a corner then spit 'n kick dirt on 'em when they're down.
Mind you, since the internet is beyond the rules and standards of society, and so much anonymity that people tend to express their issues and unstable state of mind freely online. So I don't see the internet itself as a problem, but a place for people to express the symptom of a problem; society itself. Not to mention the internet is still a new society in itself, as newer generations are born into a life with internet as the norm, older generations view it differently. Vs. the offline society that's been around for thousands and thousands of years. So bigtime development differences ontop of things.
Society and it's horribly rigid standards, people repressing themselves or being repressed and living their lives by the standards of others, I wouldn't doubt they'd be bitter and so on. Mind you this isn't a blanket opinion, since there's too much variety and reasons for people's behavior. But this is my general assertion on a sizable internet population.
