In the cetecean's eye, the plumper, the more devine (same with dinosaurs, elephants, hippos, and other heavysets)

And also like real cetaceans, her nipples are hidden under skin, emerging through slits only when aroused (in the wild only by suckling behavior, but in this case sexual arousal probably applies too.)
