I've got a fascination for this jet...but then it's sleek n' sexy like a rubberbird so this should come as no surprise.
I dabbled a little digital color onto it and there ya go.

Been meaning to shoot you an email to see how things are going, but I keep forgetting to, that and there hasn't been a whole lot going on around here, mostly just work, either at my job or here at home, lovely, lovely yard work (bleeecK).
Been so tired after I get home that all I want to do is sleep for a few hours, been trying to do some sketch work and I can't even get the energy to do that either.

*hugs* Man, I know the feeling. I have to scrap for every inch of energy just to get a little art done. Yardwork!? HISSSS! It's evil, evil I tell you!
My only free time is the weekends to paint and to do some serious art...but then that's packed with chores and it's damn hard to get enough time to paint or anything. I know and feel your pain.

The F-35 II is known also as the Joint Strike Fighter thanks to one his versatility and secondly because its is in all branches of the Military. It is also much cheaper than my favored F/A-22 Raptor.
Though I personally think that the F-35 is a bit of a stubby little aircraft, it gets the job done! It is also a VTOL aircraft if I recall correctly!
Though I honestly thought you and your Rubberbirds would opt for the SU-47 "Golden Eagle" developed by the Russians.

Ah excellent, you've got your stats down on that plane. It seems to be a universal workhorse yet. I find its compactness quite appealing and the over-all look of it. The F-35 just LOOKS solid. :)
Heh, the Golden Eagle would be an obvious choice you'd think...but there's nothing obvious about the Rubberbirds. ;D
