No, you don't get it, he calls you sir regardless of your gender. I was playing as a female character and he was calling me sir. He wasn't programmed with a vocabulary to refer to women since he's the intelligence unit at a prestigious scientific institution where of course there would be no women because women belong in the kitchen.
Well, to be fair, he was programed by Dr. Mobius as a sort of pet project that only he used. It was probably just an oversight or him not wanting to write the extra code, i don't think there was any malicious intent on his part.
That said, at least you can have fun with your psychotic toaster!
