Lol, funny you should mention that. If our current dwarf hamster was a male, I was going to name it Issun-Boshi. But, alas, it's a girl, so I named her Pangur Ban instead.
But, yes, this is our little Sun Goddess. She just had such a warm and loving personality despite coming from a lot of abuse and neglect prior to our ownership that we thought Ammy was a suitable name for her.
