I love plumcake! Don't you love plumcake? :3

125 grams/4.5 oz of yogurt (one small vase). I used coconut flavoured 'cause is good with strawberries chips, you can use plain or another taste you like, according to what you'll use to dress the pancake. For a sample, I think coffee flavoured yogurt is great with chocolate chips.

2 egg, one whole and one yolk

2 125 grams/4,5 oz vases of red sugar (use less if white 'cause is sweeter, use the yogurt's vase as measurement :3)

40 grams/1,5 oz of butter

200/7oz grams of flour (white 00)

candied strawberries chips (or chocolate chips to have a more traditional taste, also, candied strawberries aren't easy to find :P)

baking powder, 8 grams (I used half a blister of this one http://www.nifeislife.com/paneangel.....na-p-2105.html)

Mix everything, stir to obtain a smooth cream. Pour in a Plumcake shaped mold and bake for 30/40 minutes at 180C/356F

Wait for it cool before taking it off from the mold, or it will crumble (like mine did ;_;). This is a very soft and scented cake, a threat for your breakfast. And lunch. And dinner, and... well.
