In this scene Noah has gone into a vintage clothing store and run in to some old friends of Ribbon who decided he should experience some classic pin-up glamor.
Mars waits patiently while Noah tries to deal with a Bettie Page-like makeover which makes things like breathing an walking a bit more difficult.
