The versitile omelette is always a plus and can be filled with anything. This savoury spicy salami version is from the kitchens of  goldenfur

i was bored today,
and also hungry, so i have decided to cook something.
there a piece of spicy salami in the refrigerator,
so i have cut the salami in thin slices, and i put in the pan, the base of the pan must be covered with oil,
for grilled the salami, and for prevent who the eggs remain attacked at the pan.
when the salami begin to change color from both the sides, pour the beaten eggs, and cover with a lid, for cook above.

check who the part above is cooked,
when is cooked, dig at the sides with the fork, then shake the pan, and the omelette detach from the pan

NOTE: i use a ceramic pan

put in a plate, and add a bit of salt and pepper if you want.

i have cut the salami in too much big slices... T.T
it was tasty anyway~
