Here's a nice no-cook refrigerator wonder from the kitchens of
stripekazama
A really tasty dessert that i've made before. Something to satisfy your sweet tooth :).
Ingredients
26 Oreo cookies
60 grams butter
1.5 decilitre milk (approximately 0.63 of a cup)
3 decilitre whipping cream (approximately 1.27 of a cup)
26 marshmallows
How to:
1. Disintegrate the oreos in a blender until there's nothing but crumbles left of it.
2. Melt the butter and add to the crumbles. Pour the contents out in a piedish of sorts. Mash it with your fingers or whatever until the dish is covered in the crust.
3. Pour the milk and add the marshmallows in a pot and melt the marshmallows into the milk on low heat. Once done, put it aside to cool off for 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, whisk the cream until it's all fluffy and nice.
5. Carefully mix half of the cream into the milk-marshmallow mixture once the mixture have cooled off. Then add the rest of the cream and just stir it in gently.
6. Add the mixture to the top of the crust. Use a knife to even it out over the crust.
7. Leave it in the fridge to settle for about 4 hours or until firm.
8. If wanted, put some strawberries on top and enjoy!
