Refurbished Rave Hound Head - For Sale (handpaws & tail incl
When I originally purchased this head from Liquid36, I had intended to keep it for myself, but unfortunately my glasses make it impossible to wear the head comfortably. So I decided to give him a makeover and then try and find him a new home.
The main change is the eyes - I have replaced the original mesh eyes with hand-painted resin ones. I also re-did the lips, and just generally tried to spruce him up a bit.
He's a little rough around the edges, but with his sharky muzzle, joker grin and sly expression, I think he's a really fun character. He's currently for sale, along with an accompanying tail and pair of handpaws: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7879298/

Oh wait, you said gums, not lips! Sorry. Actually don't know what was used to paint the gums - you'd have to ask liquid36 about that. :)
I was just passing by to see whatever happened with this head (made it when I was 16, I´m 19 now lol) and I saw this comment.
Answer? That was an unpainted wolf Taxidermy jawset from Vandykes. I painted solid blue with Testor´s enamel, then use paint remove to slowly wipe the paint off the teeth, leaving the blue tint, making it look more natural.
