It's that time of year again when Flair makes an appearance!

You see this pawsome coyote on fire here? Yeah, him. Hes the CampFire Tails mascot! He would really like to meet you at CampFire Tails 2012.

CampFire Tails is the pioneer furry convention held annually in the Oregon High desert near LaPine, Oregon.

What makes CFT so special? When was the last time you spent the night under a star lit sky, in the shade of 200 year old pine trees, and breathing air so clean you could eat off it? When was the last time you swam in a river spilling from a year round iced over lake?

Why is CFT so special? What if I told you that your registration covered food? Yeah, food! I am the Head Nom-Maker (Kitchen Coordinator) and each day you get three meals with your registration. Don't believe me? Well, suck it. Yes, I make sure each camper is fed at least three times a day.

Why would you want to come to CFT? Well... Why not? Consider it a vacation from all those cons you go to every year. Running around with who knows who, spending time running from event to event. Why not come to an event where things happen and you either spend the day in the river splashing with the resident otter or learning how to cook bacon and eggs in a paper bag!

CFT is founded on the principles that Orgonians live by on a daily basis: relaxation, peace, and fun if you want or chaos if nessisary. A water baloon fight last year broke out in the parking lot while roaming minstrel strummed into the late night. Oh, and don't forget the yearly Battle of the Brightest where you can battle to the ... well, battle til you can't any more... to claim the trophy of Brightest Camp.

This year we plan on going bigger and crazier with our theme: Keeping Furry Weird! This year you, the camper, get to make your mark in the Oregon High Desert.
