I am sort of open for commissions? I don't really do them regularly and I tend to pick and choose, but it never hurts to ask. I have a commission information journal on dA here:

I'm not sure what an album cover would cost. It would depend on the nature of the image requested. In any case thanks for your interest. A note on dA would be the best way to reply, but a note here would be okay as well =)
