I had left over puree and it was just enough for a whoopie pie recipe. it's so soft, moist and cakey it's just lovely!

I grew up outside of America so Debbie, Hostess, Good Humor were something foreign to me. I never tried a twinkie till I was in my late teens.

Those look very good. I love pumpkin, never thought of making something like that, usually just small muffins to horde in a corner and make furious paw swipes at moochers. =3

i can feel the diabetes setting in just looking at them but i would still eat the entire stack 50 times over with no hesitation. DAMN that looks good.
