This frame was initially supposed to be followed by two in the same setting with Hierrai growing. But we found something better to follow :P
That smile on his face and that bulge in his nonexistant pants that is hidden behind the buildings is because he is heading to something very nice. And very spacious.
Actually barely got this finished on time since I got sick and nothing done this week. Large amounts of empty grayness in this picture caused by those time constraints :P

Well, I'm eagerly in pursuit of the huge Raichu to see just where he goes, and what he does when he gets there.
