Why does this look more Eastern that what I usually draw? It's simple this is actually for a class project I'm working on where I have to design a remake of the Super Nintendo game Secret of Mana. These are one of the enemies in the game but I wanted to be somewhat authentic and keep it with something of a Japanese quality

God... It's nice to see anything on here related to Secret of Mana. It is my favorite childhood game. I always loved Chobin Hoods, X3 So cute, yet can be so deadly lol.

This is a memorable enemy, from the coloring and clothing, right down to the bow string tug sound.

I remember them, but since I've played a few games in the series I've seen them a fair amount. I shall be giving some others similar treatment soon.

The 2 one the Snes are the ones I remember best even though Seiken Densetsu 3 never got an English release. Bless thought who make translated roms.

I agree; I have Seiken Densetsu 3 and Secret of Mana as roms on my Wii. Legend of Mana was the first one I played, I love the little side quests and the monster ranch in that one.
