this is one thing i couldnt do even with my scales. what weave do you use under them to keep them from bunching up together? mine always get stuck on the rings if i try e4-1

e4-1 is corect, im not sure what is going wrong with yourse, but its definatly hard to do unless you have done it for a long time XP

i would have to say its the size of my rings then, cuz my e4-1 are tight weaves. i'll have to do the largest ring size i got then perhaps.

might be how you're 'hanging' your e4-1? It should hand 'chain-wise' instead of 'longwise'- err.. if that makes sense. I hope it does. I'm baked from a long day at work.

Look at the back of the scales. Picture it like this. The top of the ring faces in, and the bottom out. The scales go on top of one another. Go to this website - www.theringlord.com - go to their scalemail srction, and therell be a how to vid on how to do it

i know of theringlord, i have an account there, i just havent done much in terms of chainmaille since i need to get ore stuff to cut my wire with. once you go to jewelers saw as opposed to a simple pair of wire cutters, you just cant go back to crappy pointy rings :/ but all in all you are saying have the chainmaille weave go up and down, not side to side. so that answeres my question, however i do my weave that way and they bunch up the scales. but i'll stick with my 3d models for now. i'll play with my chainmaille another day

Im not egzactly sure what i mean either! But the photos are the easiest ways to go by, i have a couple of really good pics if you want them. The sizes are also really important, and i believe they state them on TRL.

mm about $1500 depending on size and other details
thats done in split rings not the normal chainmaille rings, so it will not come apart X3

Mmm thanks ^^ it definatly took forever, and I love the triforce too. When I first made it no one could see it xp but now its darker and easy to spot.

Mm its about 30 lbbs I think?
