Any cloud, any storm, any weather, she can easily change it with the flick of her tail and a few flaps of her wings (As well as some special seeds and magic she has to create the clouds into whatever they need to be). She can predict what cloud will do what, even without using her schedule planner.
Personality
A very sheltered filly, she managed to get out and about on her own several years earlier than most foals her age. She works hard as the schedule manager (And clawed her way up to that position, mind you), making sure everything goes according to schedule and ponies are smacked around should they not comply. However, outside of her strong work ethics, she wants to be a normal teenager just like all the other fillies her age. She's never even kissed a colt (scandal!), and wants to someday find a special somepony and a ton of friends to hang out with and such. She's never attended any school dances or any galas, or other parties really, and wants to someday be as pretty and kind as her sister Scattered Showers.
