Sometimes, I need to get away and relax. Being a officer of the law is stressful and a break now and then is very welcomed.
A friend suggested a beach to check out. The plan was beach until dusk, then off clubbing. I was amazed that no one else was there, but I didn't complain. Being all alone with a friend can be very entertaining in itself.
Before we were to go clubbing, he took this picture of me. I didn't feel like having it taken, with the sand in my fur. But I smiled anyways. He said he couldn't resist, that the scene was too perfect. I could have said the same for him. But after that, we left the beach. Hand in hand. In one last beautiful moment together with a friend I hold dear to me. That was only the beginning of a night I would always remember.. But that's a story for another time.

I can imagine, especially in the shower where it's all gritty in your fur as you try to get it off!
