The episode name was "The Catgirl from Channel 6". I don't know much else aside from it needed to be expanded to the point where she became a full cat at one point.

Looking at Wikipedia it was from Season 2, Episode 17 and was actually called "The catWOMAN from Channel 6".

And the fishwoman episode is called "Rebel Without a Fin" from Season 4 Episode 90.

Correction, Catwoman was S02E12 and fishwoman was S04E25. I quoted the cumulative episode number.

Wait, April was an insect too?

I think the cat version was a bit more anthro then this, and was actually covered in red fur like her hair... But nice pic anyway, rare subject.
