The picture came out quite nice, though! The shading looks great, too. Sorry I wasn't more of a help in my note earlier, I feel like time is just zipping by and all I can do is stand there brain-dead until the weekend v_v.

One thing you could do is maybe add some highlights around the outside of him, since it looks like the sun is behind him. Something kind of like the glow on this cat here http://fav.me/d2nhp0m
