Haha, slippery fingers eh? Eric Clapton (I think it was him) invented these nifty little "pick leashes", it's like a ring that goes around your finger with some little string extension that clamps onto your pick so when you drop it, it's never more than a few inches away. I'm not sure how much it'd help, but you seem to rock just fine without one anyway.
