Tactical Strategy (WIP)
Characters from left to right: Skaro, Khorvis, Vedran and General Kravor
This will be the next lizard-art (another gathering right? :P) to describe "Birth of the Shivanian Heroes"
Sadly, I don't have reference poses for four of them, so I have to imagine what the poses are.
I guess I should have done the "war room" background. X3
Maybe the Vedran's chest is too wide, Khorvis's shoulder is quite wrong, and Skaro's arm is so long and bad, and so is to Kravor's. Soon they will be corrected in photoshop.
For the facial expressions, I should make four of them look serious. Vedran's eyes are too big and cute :P, and Kravor's mouth expression should be changed, too.
Shadows are missing, which they are needed to add weight on objects and characters...meh.

I don't have anything to add here... you wrote down ALL the aspects and flaws in the sketch and I agree.
Arms, hands, shoulders, faces... you named it.
But Skaro... uhg, you really need to correct either his arms or his lower body. Right now, he can scratch his calves... ^_^ ... without getting down.
Picture reminds me if my artwork where REPTILE, KYLE and LAROM are playing chess.
