I love this chapter just like I loved the last two. You should really make this into a book and get it published.
Probably could make a small fortune with all the people who'd love it.
Might I add those mushroom people mentioned remind me of the peacefull myconid race of AD&D. Myconids are a race of sentient mushrooms.

I'm writing two books . . . verrrrrry slowly. Not fanfic or fantasy, I'm afraid. I would certainly love to make a fortune, though. The more time I can spend at home, the happier I'd be.
And yeah, the mushroom men were based on the myconids. I used to play D&D and they were one of my favorite critters.
