The cover for the toolbox PC that I made from glass fiber reinforced plastic.
The negative form I made from plywood with a Proxxon FKS/E miter saw. On the form I use a separating spray. Unfortunately my gloves was wet from epoxy and I was to busy to take pictures from the laminating process.
The second picture shows the vacuum bag with the form in it. On the form the epoxy resin soaked glass fiber sheaths one layer of a separating foil (in blue) the last layer is fleece that spreads the vacuum and takes excess epoxy.
