It's Entei! A rather stylized one at that. Done upon a trade, the artist wished for a rather uncommon twist upon a Legendary. Neither of us favored his flat face so we changed im up a bit, giving him a more candid muzzle.

Toon following buckram eyes
foam/balaclava base
fleece muzzle/face plates
moving jaw

I had never quite worked with fleece in this way before so it was a fun and challenging experience. DF chocolate and cream fur on his head and throat make him super soft! I believe he's my second Pokemon head and I must say they are quite fun to do! It's nice to do something new like this once and a while <3
