The shave bit in the middle really does add depth to the ears. Nice work.

Thanks so much for the compliment. it means a lot to hear feedback from others. The only thing keeping me from doing more fur on fur ears, was there was no demand for them from me since I normally sell to folks into the anime fandom and they don't want to pay more. That's why so many of my ears have the fleece insides.

I like the shaved middle as well. I need to practice a bit more and if I want to continue that, definitely need to invest in a better trimmer.

Trimmers that are desinged for triming dog hair or other such fluffy criters will be best for trimming fake fur :)
