Ugh I am so rusty at...painting/digitalart/drawingonthecomputer

BUT ANYWAYS, I wanted to draw a picture of Felix so..this happened XD

Felix loved the rain when he was a regular human, after getting feline DNA mixed in him his new instincts tell him he's not supposed to like it. He still tries really hard to like it, but those old feelings he had about rain are now mixed with annoyance and fustration of getting his fur all soaked and how it'll take him forever to dry off later.
