Doesn't she just? Of course, I think she's adorable at any time, but a well done chibi piece makes anything about ten times cuter than it already is. Even Jarret, as you say, though I certainly wouldn't tell him that! (Ailee, on the other hand...)
As for mischief, I can only imagine that her being shrunk down like that would only serve to condense and focus her trouble making powers to levels never before dreamed of by vulpine kind!
