As I was telling Likeshine, I'd take Ein over a chocobo any day as far as war mounts go. I'd even apply my 'figuring out where critters like to be scritched' talents, so long as the rider assured me I wasn't going to get my head bitten off for my pains!

Oh, yes! I really like her! She looks so soft and shiny... I mean that her beak and feathers are shiny...) She is a neat shade of purple, too! You made a nice blend with her colors!
You also made a practical juxtaposition of what she is and what viewers want: she clearly is a war steed, but, in certain times, she can get friendly with you.
I want to huggle with her... not floofed up, though. I like her better with the soft, flowing feathers she has.

Flooffing for pets is the most best sign of intelligence. :)
