Ok,I'm sorry that this picture is... kind of terrible. This was one of the first pictures in SAI. Mind you, at this point it had also been almost two years since I had touched anything digital.

This was sort of another practice piece, but this time with a background. I really have not done a lot of work with backgrounds, and I still somewhat struggle with them. Fortunately for this comic, it's all just ice & snow so it's probably some of the easiest stuff to start out with!

Also in the comic I decided to not give Deri any markings because my intent was to keep some of the characters super simple. Honestly with this comic my goal is to *complete* it, rather than try to make some masterpiece that I can put on the market.
