Info: Otto is the youngest of the trio of brothers. He was raised by his parents in the marshlands with his brothers to learn voodoo and curses, which he is actually very good at. He was forced to go move to the big city with his brothers, and he usually is stuck with doing chores at their apartment. He is very timid/shy and loves to read. Also, if someone threatens him, he'll threaten to curse them with his voodoo doll by poking it with the pins he keeps on his jacket. (which is a complete bluff cus it would only hurt him)
side note: yes, he does have a nose ring.
