Well. To put it simply..His owner..wasn't really allowed to keep dogs, and had to get rid of four of them, but instead of re-homing them like she should have, she had them euthanised. (She knew that my mother would have taken one in a heart beat) :/ but still. Usually I'd add a lot of swearing after telling this story, but I'm keeping it civil tonight.
