oOo
I saw you in a dream,
where nothing was as it seemed.
You had wings and you flew,
I couldn't say hello to you;
So I walked alone
on a path of light and stones,
Until I found your bed;
How long have you been dead?
I tried to wake you up,
but then my heart stopped.
You stood above your bed,
you smiled and shook your head.
You shrunk the world to naught,
you put my life on halt.
You said, 'I'm not the one who's dead,
you're not in your bed.'
You saw me in a dream,
where all was as it seemed.
You took flight and you flew,
so I couldn't say farewell to you.
You flew between the skies,
and left behind the lies,
until you found me dead,
but not atop my bed.
