As you might guess, some of my inks make people wonder if I do this a section at a time. That much is true. You could also tell that I'll go into a project by making changes to the base layer in order to serve as guide lines for my new inks. I only do this when the inking is becoming complicated to a degree where I can't decide where my hard lines in the original sketch are. Since this is a demonstration, much like the original, this will be moved to scraps when the finished version is done.
The reason it is being kept as is however is due to the fact that this makes for a good back drop of how each artist has his or her own way of doing things. You know the saying, "There is no wrong way to eat a Reese's".
