Ok first off...How did the doctor manage to get a FULL x-ray of this dragon. I mean he is about 200 feet long and his wing span is about 100. Well, I guess it didnt get the full x-ray. The tail did kinda get cut off. But this dragon looks like he is either crawling (facing left) with his wings extended or flying in the same direction.
