Squids and Octopus have a beak underneath the tentacle area. The beak isn't difficult to draw once you know what it looks like, but giving emotion to it, now that will be a challenge!

A lollipop is an excellent idea! They have raspy tongues inside those beaks, so maybe it'd work. ;D
