An Earth-bound phoenix concept character for future stories.

The idea being that she is a phoenix and is worshiped as such by her people, but prefers to consider herself a figure-head style royalty, encouraging her people to think for themselves.

A reimagined character, except in this case a character whom I haven't worked with in over five years. She was originally created for a comic project that failed. Back then, her clothes were pretty much the same (altered now to give a stylized bird face onto her clothing), but she was modeled after a human.

As part of her redesign, I made her an anthro bird to fit in with my continuity. Instead of looking bright (meaning happy) I chose darker colors. I also modeled her more after a parrot to add that element of uncertainty of being an actual phoenix within continuity .

I haven't fully decided the full amount of power she would have (definitely not cosmic level for sure), nor have I decided if she can fly (her wings are hand-made and more considered "ceremonial"). Suffice to say that they are all fire-based and that she does prefer to hold back her full power and walk-among her people to show that she is merely one of them.

I have wanted to have a collection of cosmic creatures for my continuity, so I was glad to pick up this old character of mine to fill one of those rolls.
