Just something quick.

Yup, I made myself into a firebender. I actually started working on this a while ago, but never never worked on it more t'ill now. might still tweak some things. It's not super accurate of course, since I used a hair colour not really see with the fire nation, as well as I didn't want to do my hair up in their regular style.

I'm not familiar with their hairstyles, but I'm pretty sure you'd want your hair pulled up or back so it doesn't catch. xD;

She's not Neko, she's me.

She wouldn't really be a fighter unless she needs to be, so there's really no need to pull your hair back. Plus, even in the show no one got their hair caught if it was down, azula being an example.

No, from what I've read, they keep it up due to it just being the culture there. The poorer areas don't keep it up like that. Plus, the traditional hairstyle is this little loop of hair at the top of your head. Girls still have the rest of their hair flowing down.
