Baggy clothes are fine. I honestly dunno why I don't wear baggy more often (I find loose clothing to generally be alot more comfy). Except for undies. Undies always gotsta be tight & skimpy.
I really love the way you portrayed his clothes as being flowy. You can really see how loose and airy his clothing is. You can mentally envision his hoodie rippling in waves everytime a breeze comes by, and the sleeve ends flopping about with each swing of his arms.

2 small things, neck is a bit too long and left hand is really big o.o
for the neck, usually should be as thick as your headphones here(so you can have a mark to guide =3)
and for the left hand, keep in mind that hands arent bigger than our face (in real life) so you can use that proportion to keep these proportionated to the rest of the body =3
and yush ish too big >w< get more tight clothing ;3
