MLP FIM Spike Plush- Prototype
As promised, here's photos for the Spike plush I've been working on. Mind you, this is just a prototype. There's still some things I want to change, mostly with the head shape. When I appliqued the eyes on, I forgot to put the dark lash-line on the upper part of the eyes, which will help with the wide-eyed stare on the next one. I also need to do some tweaking to the muzzle.
But hey, the body is near perfect!
Quilted belly scales, hand-sewn details like ears and the spaded tip on the tail. There's pellets in his feet to help him stand, but with the huge head, poor Spike's a little top-heavy. That's okay, he doesn't need to stand, he can ride a pony everywhere! His whole design was scaled to compliment the ponies I make, so he makes the perfect companion.
I made ALL the pattern for Spike ALL BY MYSELF. I'm really proud of it, even if I do need to make some small changes. No, I'm not selling or sharing the pattern. but I will be selling Spike plushes in the very near future.

Yes. Hasbro has already declared that fan-made works like plush, etc are allowed to be sold, as long as the makers do not try to pass them off as an official Hasbro product, and as long as there is not already an official Hasbro product of that type commercially available.
