I have a HUGE problem
the suit will not zip up >_<
I attached the back fin while off the dummy (since I had to stuff the tail before going on the dummy and could not with the spine open) and I VASTLY underestimated the seam allowance needed to instal the fin and now, the teeth of the zipper have a good 3 inch gap >_0 I cannot force it to zip at all
craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap!!!
I have dumped SO MUCH EXTRA WORK ON MYSELF
also the spots took the better half of TWO DAYS! I only charged $80 for them X_X urk
OH and since the seam allowance on the spots is so small I had a cleaver idea on how to keep the thread from tearing through the backing under pressure, and prevent the thread from ever snagging/breaking: coat the seam in fabric paint, the stuff is like glue, it is flexible, smooth on the skin and meant to be washed, so yeah, awesome reinforcement for all them spots :3

Brilliant idea about reinforcement! But now i'm curious... on a previous project I almost made a seam too small and had to add fabric; thankfully it just barely worked as it was. Since I never had to solve the problem, I didn't learn a solution. What is your solution for adding back in what you need?
