
I really don't know where I was going with it being in gray tones on the one side really.. I do remember I was seeing if I could high render in an oC session. so this was done in a network session I hosted for myself. It was interesting.. but I don't think I'm going to do this for commissions.. it took me six hours just futzing with his head.

I was going to do a line of thin images like the tiger and for some reason decided to do the rest of his arm and color it in grayscale in a different style. But when it comes to shading commissions in oC, I never use gray unless it's like for clothing or on metals. cause it just seems too flat for most application.
Would you mind at all kind of explaining any settings you may be using while coloring in OC? And what version of OC do you happen to use?

Damn, I thought the colouring was good in regular view, then I clicked on full. That's some great texturing on the fur.
The stylizing of half colour, half greyscale works well too. It looks like an illustration for an RPG, like what you'd see on the cover of a book or game case.
