Actually, I think it's the ears. They look a bit wolf-ish maybe?

From the front the face is adorable. Cats are a bit more difficult to get the correct profile from the side, though.

Also maybe the size of the nose, too. But of course this is just an ink-over so that may not be a true representation of the size it will be in the end.
