Stretching myself a little by doing this 20" x 16" acrylic on canvas. I probably need to practice more with this sort of thing. At least it gave me an excuse to use those reference photos I took in Monterey on my way to Further Confusion back in 2006.

I can't tell you how much I love the rock and bird details. I think this was a perfect practice for you, its amazing

Thank you. This is the first piece I've done on stretched canvas since I was doing oil paintings in the late '80s. It is hard getting use to the texture as I am usually work in much finer details than I can currently achive with a brush.
